Beginning The Holidays

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
Brianna and Madison made the ornaments for the entire tree. Such great helpers they were!! Kip loves to pull them off the tree. Gee, good thing we have foam ornaments .
Kip loved the train. Jenn had one when she was little just like this one.

Madison fanned out the limbs.
Kip helped Daddy put the limbs in the stand. Too cute.

Kevin keep Kip busy while I mommy was putting on the lights and Kip wanted Mickey up and wanted to take a picture. Too cute. He LOVES Mickey Mouse!!!

The kids love the lights and the tree. They are so excited for Christmas this year. Madison especially.
Kip goofing off with the Santa Mickey hat.

Kip decided that he wanted to wear the Mickey pj's and take a picture with Mickey again. Hope your Holiday is beginning to be as much fun as our families.

Our Thanksgiving Holiday

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday. We had the honor of cooking Thanksgiving dinner for Kevin's family. It turned out really good!!! We also had the chance to celebrate with my family on Thanksgiving day.
Madison and I made turkey cupcakes. They turned out really cute and they were delicious.

This is a great photo of my grandmother and Kip!
We had the honor of watching Madison's class pet over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Kip loved sitting on the barstool everymorning point to the tank and saying "fish" over and over. It was really cute!
Nana and Madison made christmas cookies. Kimmie stopped by to make a few while home from college. Madison loves to visit with Kimmie.
Our "green fingers" from putting the green sprinkles on the wreath cookies.
The guys kept track of Kip and decided to show him how to golf. Golfing sure has changed from how they used to golf on Thanksgiving day.
Gee, Kip broke the club. Such a boy!

Papa showing off.

Kip was afraid of the mixer when Nana mixed the potatoes, so he wanted grandma to hold him while he watched. So cute.

Boo Too You Too!

We really have been extremely busy. But here are a few snap shots from our fun together as a family. Kip was a Candy Corn for Halloween. Our friends came over with thier daughter (Ainsley) and she too was dressed as a Candy Corn. They were so cute and neither really loved having thier hoods on thier heads. Funny!!! Kip's God Parents (Kevin and Laurie) also came to spread the fun of Halloween cheer. It was great to spent time with everyone. Madison really loved showing Kip and Ainsley the ropes of how you Trick - Or - Treat. She was a princess Bride this year and loved being one as well. She lloked all so grown up. Boy do they grow oh so fast.

Kip sitting in the wagon as he and Ainsley did during the Trick - Or - Treating

He's so sweet you could almost just eat him up!

We had spirit night for Madison's school. They had a Halloween contest. Madison was Hannah Montanna and Kip just had fun watching Madison running around. This is the only picture captured with his hood on. Such a ham for the camera!!! Who would think my kids would like a camera?

I really love this picture of Madison. She is running to the first house of the evening and it just happen that the sun was setting at the same time. How much she has grown up. She is still the same ole' Maddey though!!

We have spend a few weekends in September, October and some in November going to Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Disney Hollywood Studios. The kids have had lots of fun and still are not tired of going. Amazing that they are still asking to go back as often as we want to as adults. We can't wait till the Christmas decorations start going up and the Holidays are in full swing at Disney. If you have nver experienced threOsborne Spectacle of Lights you should try it at least once. They are great and amazing. Madiosn loves to go as well as Kevin and myself.

Everytime we go we have to hunt out Mickey for Kip. He loves "Mackey" as Kip says. He also is totaly in love with the Pooh, Tigger, PLuto, Minnie and Goofy.

KIp went to the pumpkin patch down the road from us. He thought that the pumpkins were balls at first, but them shortly after realized they did not bounce back like a ball. He loved the blow up decorations. He was not such a fan of the hay. Considering that mom had him dressed in shorts I would not of wanted to sit in the hay either. I guess I won't really win the mother of the moment award. Maybe next time. We decorated our big oumpkin with Mr. Potato Head parts. They turned out really cute and gave Kip the oportunity to change his pumpkins face mulitple times the way he wanted the pumpkin to look. Great idea if you really don't like touching the inside of the pumpkin. I love the seeds but not the feel of the pumpkin.

I really can't believe how tall Madison looks in the photo. Better yet I can't believe how tall Kip is compared to Madison. This message is hoping that the Fall season is going as well for your family as it is for our fa,ily. Happy Holidays.

Time just keeps on flying with little time to catch up.....

There are a lot of changes with our family. Mom started a teaching job this year with SLD children in the local public school system and LOVES IT!!! Dad started a new job working at the Air Force base and LOVES IT also!!!!!! Madison is in 1st grade at the same school that mom is teaching at, and dong wonderful. Kip is now at a local daycare around thew corner from our house and loves it now.
Madison is taking gymnastics once a week for an hour and also going to a religious education class every Wednesday for an hour. Mom and Kip spend time at Nana's and Pap's house during that hour on Wednesday night and eat dinner. Lots of fun!
Mom is up late at night doing work as dad sleeps and the children toss and turn. We finally got Madison sleeping in her bed by getting her Pet shop sheets. Who would of ever thought that would have worked. Kip still gets up every night, but mom is already up so no BIG deal.
Kip got his first hair cut two weeks ago. We of course went to Disney and had his hair cut at the Babers. It turned out awesome and never cried!!! Go MICKEY MOUSE! We recently went to Epcot for the Food and Wine Festival and that kids had loads of fun as they usually do. We are planning on going again a few weeks. We are definately Disney crazy! But why not?
Hope that all of you are doing well. I will post pictures one day, no promises right today.

It yes has taken a long time for me to get things posted. Sorry for such a delay. There have been lots of things changing here. Kevin and I both changed jobs, Kipo started a new daycare yesturday and Madison will be going to a new school as of a week ago. Kevin is now working on the airforce base with a contractor. I will be teaching in the school system and Madison will be attending school with me. Here are a few photos from this summer and our busy adventures. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kevin's sister was married this summer and Madison and Brianna were in the wedding as flower girls. They did sucah a great job. They are growing up so fast. Brianna starts Kindergarten this year. Boy has the time flown by.

We have tried spending a lot of time at the pool. Madison is really learning how to swim and jump into the pool on her own. Kip just loves the water and will do anything to be outside and in the water.

We spent 4th of July at my parents with my grandmother. We had a great day relaxing and swimming again.

Madison had her second dance recital this summer. She had three dances and di such a great job. We are so proud of her and her ability to have fun.

Our family afternoon at Disney

Kip laid back in his Pluto outfit, lookin cute as ever. We took an afternoon trip to see the flower displays at Epcot and also went to Hollywood studios.
Madison loves to get the characters signatures and photos. Even though we have seen them mulitple times she wanted to show her brother the ropes of how it was done.
Not so bad for his first time alone. Usually I was having to hold him. Such a big boy.
Us taking a break after the kid stop in Italy, and dad getting a cool one.

Madison loves to dance and sing. Of course like most kids she likes High School Musical. So we made a special trip to Hollywood Studios to see the live show. We were able to sit front row. Madison had the chance of dancing on stage two seperate times. She had so much fun. She never even cared that there were tons of people watching her. Below are a few of the pictures I captured.

Look who turned "ONE"

I can't believe how far we have come in a year. It seems so hard that's he's already ONE. We had a little get together at the house in Kip's honor. He loves baby einstein so, of course the theme was baby eindtein. He loved the balloons, einstein puppets, presents and most of all his friends and his cake.
Just getting started.
a little bit more into the cake, definately good.
I can't believe that he enjoyed himself this much. I actually had to remove the cake from in front of him or I believe he would of eaten the entire cake. Such a cute lil man.
